Well away from these hazards, I discovered a place called "snack fully yours" cafe. A very small cafe in Mumbai was opened by 22-year-old Rahul Bharara and Vaibhav Sangalkar. A small kitchen in budgeting leads these two to create a kitchen their own.
Walking the street across the inner circle of Airoli, your nostrils will be in fumigation with fragrances of spices and sounds like passionate songs from the '90s to today's era. Once entering please do hear the captain shouting and twisting caps for another dish on the table waiting to be served. of course, the living feel of the cafe made me enter it. It gives you the feel of sitting beside a Beachside regular cafe. During work from home, this is one of my regular digs to be part of them.
When you sit with Rahul, you see small eyes being lucky and polite with a calming effect on customers. Please don't check his ass, he is too young yet he is too homely to be around him. He shared with me Dee, we both were in college and has no goals but were wondering what to earn and just one fine day sitting with one of my new partners, we made a burger and of course, we were not the next "Siddharth Malviya" in quotes he states. So, we checked if this or may even work out for us. The canteen got expensive in our pockets. This worked and so did our soaring results serving a Hot chocolate on the table for me with his regular polite smile. So, here we got another story, on the table pouring in hot chocolate ..hmm. I like chocolate watching in his eyes. He laughs and states thanks, Dee.
The story continued so, we first INR 100 collected on the first day and later friends started liking the taste and increasing the value to few thousand. We both decided to let's see if we can get this covered under a roof not professional but in passion and thanks to God, I must say we are surviving.
I asked him did he ever felt ging away during Covid days?
He said never mattered as you see Dee we started with INR 100. So, you see we know where are coming from. This was not tough yet we opened a few days, more. Honest, cross by heart!

He shared that the taste in a tongue melts for flavor bit spice. He shared we all love pets so, we got Simha ( the smallest cat), Shruti not Hassan( elder sister), and mummy. This makes us feel at home in whist we are doing kitchen chores.
